Payment Terms
400 Ink accepts Cash, Check, Certified Funds and Paypal as payment options. Certified funds are the only guaranteed form of payment. Orders placed for out of state delivery are subject to delay until funds are cleared. A 3.5% Credit Card Fee will be applied to the total of all orders processed with a credit or debit card. Please contact our office for other forms of payment accepted. All custom projects require a minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price.
Any balance(s) are due upon completion. Balances not paid are subject to collection as allowed by the State of Georgia. Changes or additions to the original scope of work will be invoiced separately and due upon receipt of invoice. Customers who request project to begin, either verbally or in writing, before receipt of deposit, signed order or artwork approval are bound by our terms, scheduling and payment policies.

Production Time
Most jobs require 5-15 working days to produce, depending on the type of product or service you order. Installation is in addition to production time and is scheduled after your work is completed. 400 Ink offers onsite installation for certain types of projects. Please inquire. Projects requiring faster turnaround times are subject rush charges of at least 50% of the original quote or invoice amount, depending on the time required. Other time frames may be accommodated, but require advanced notice and approval.

Scope of Work
All work will begin based on the original order and work agreement, whether verbally or in writing. Any changes or revisions whatsoever are subject to delays in production and/or installation time(s). Additional fees will be invoiced separately and are due upon receipt.

Start of Project
All projects will start only after receipt of deposit and signed artwork approval. Production time begins at this point and installation time/date, if required, will be determined then. Customers who request project to begin, either verbally or in writing, before receipt of deposit, signed order or artwork approval are bound by our terms, scheduling and payment policies.

Changes in Scheduling
Any change in schedule or delivery time must be made in writing within 48 hours of project start. 400 Ink will not be responsible for delays once original schedule has changed. All changes are subject to additional fees and/or rush charges based on new time frame required. We cannot guarantee a new project completion time or date once the original project has begun.

Artwork and Designs
All artwork created by the art department of 400 Ink, designers, sub contractors, agents, employees, etc. remains the sole property of 400 Ink, unless specifically stated and paid for by the client/customer. All artwork is protected by U.S. Trade and Copyright Laws and remains the intellectual property of 400 Ink. All artwork is created for our exclusive use only. Any requests for the reproduction of our artwork must be made in writing and approved by 400 Ink.com

Liability
Limited to the replacement of product(s) supplied by 400 Ink.
400 Ink is not responsible for loss or damage related to the installation of others.

Limited Warranty
400 Ink will repair, or at it’s option, replace any product that we manufacture that fails due to defective workmanship for a period of 90 days from invoice date. 400 Ink makes no other warranties, expressed nor implied regarding its products. 400 Ink shall not be liable for damages beyond the price paid to 400 Ink for the product(s) manufactured by 400 Ink and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Signs
Outdoor signage with custom printed or cut vinyl applied to substrate will carry a one year warranty if installed by 400 Ink. Colors will deteriorate over time, depending on sun exposure, location and other environmental conditions. Indoor signage carries a 3 year warranty for defects in workmanship if installed by 400 Ink. Sign permits, as required by install location/municipality are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on sign size, type and install type. See local zoning and ordinances for details.

Vehicle Graphics & Wraps
Custom vinyl and printed logos and designs (die cut or full & partial wraps) applied to vehicles will carry the manufacturers warranty as listed on manufacturer website. Only vehicles with original paint less than one year old will qualify for a full warranty. Because of paint oxidation, surface damage and other conditions of the paint surface, 400 Ink will not be held liable for for vinyl graphics that do not adhere or discolor/deteriorate on painted surfaces older than one year. For vehicles receiving full or partial wraps with graphics and/or lettering that span larger than one sheet (panel) require a alignment tolerance of 1/8″ – 3/8″ and misalignment/skewing of graphics may occur on uneven surfaces. Graphics, stripes or images that extend past the side, front or rear of the vehicle are NOT guaranteed align with the other panel or graphic. Only vehicles with 90 degree corners (Box Trucks, Trailers, etc) can be aligned per the tolerances listed above.

Customer agrees to have all vehicles delivered for wrap installation at Customer’s sole costs and expense, damage free, washed, and dried in a ready to install condition. Neither 400 Ink nor its designated agents or subcontractors shall be responsible for any damage sustained to any vehicle prior to delivery. Any damage sustained to a vehicle prior to delivery will be noted by 400 Ink and/or its designated agents or subcontractors upon delivery and such damage will excuse and invalidate the warranty provided by 400 Ink. Customer shall be responsible and bear the risk of all loss for any vehicle prior to delivery. If a vehicle is delivered to a designated location in a damaged condition, Customer shall have the vehicle repaired or replaced, at its sole discretion, and its sole costs and expense. 400 Ink shall have no obligation to install any wrap upon a damaged vehicle unless instructed by Customer to do so otherwise in which case Customer waives and releases 400 Ink from any warranty provided herein. If a vehicle is not delivered to the designated location in a washed, dried and ready to install condition, 400 Ink shall charge, and Customer shall pay to 400 Ink an additional extra charge that will be determined based on condition plus a minimum of $250 per vehicle that requires washing and drying prior to installation. An additional day of production will be added to let the vehicle dry.

Client understands that the product purchased is a vehicle wrap. It is also understood that unlike a paint job on a vehicle, there can and will be seams, and patches that are necessary to cover entire vehicle and its contours and irregularities. It is also understood that upon approval of final graphic proofs, some changes to the finalized artwork may be necessary at time of installation to allow the vehicle wrap to fit the vehicle’s shape. Client authorizes 400 Ink to make such necessary changes.

Cancellations & Returns
Due to the nature of the business, all products are custom printed, designed and made to order, and in most cases not returnable. If you cancel an order after production has started, you are responsible for any work in progress, and the cost of any specially ordered materials. Without exception, all cancellations must be made in writing

All policies are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
